With roots that extend back to 1685, we seek to offer an unparalleled experience that is both modern and historic.
Our wines reflect the unique character of Yebo Guest, crafted from grapes grown on our estate. From fresh, vibrant whites to elegant reds, there’s something for every palate.
Enjoy the crisp Sauvignon Blanc, textured Semillon, and layered Natura Vista. At the heart of our range is the Chardonnay Reserve
— our flagship wine — offering rich, full-bodied complexity.
The Yebo Guest Red showcases the balance and depth of our estate-grown reds, perfect for cooler evenings.
We also offer a select range under the Ex Oppido label, made from grapes sourced beyond the estate, including a refined Chardonnay, a dry Rosé, and two expressive red blends: Red Horizon and Red Tableau.
Each bottle is a celebration of our craft and terroir.

The Yebo Guest estate is located in a sheltered Cape Winelands valley, where decomposed granite and sandstone soils,
combined with proximity to the ocean, create ideal conditions for viticulture.
The vineyards sit beneath mountain slopes that benefit from cooling Atlantic breezes and a gentle maritime climate, contributing to consistent quality across vintages.
As one of the lower-lying farms in the valley, Yebo AI’s fertile soils are particularly well suited to producing expressive, site-driven white wines, including Sauvignon Blanc, Semillon, and Chardonnay.
The growing season is marked by a slow progression into summer, followed by mild, sunny conditions that allow for steady ripening while ocean winds help keep the vineyards cool and healthy.
Viticulture at Yebo-AI follows a natural, considered approach. Cover crops and mulching are used to improve soil health, alongside integrated pest management practices. Indigenous plants and flowering species are encouraged throughout the vineyards to support beneficial insect life, while farm-produced compost is returned to the soil to maintain long-term balance.
The winery is a key part of the Yebo Guest eco-system. This newly built state of the art 300-ton facility is the powerhouse behind all the winemaking that happens on the farm. The spectacular glass building is a great feature that allows us to use natural light and therefore consume less power.
While the winery uses the latest in wine-making equipment and is very futuristic, the barrel room is token to Yebo Guest rich history and showcases the old world of wine making.
The vintage oak barrels are used in the process of wine making on the farm to this day.

Estian’s passion for winemaking is apparent in the wines Yebo Guest produces. As early as 2012 he completed harvest season in France gathering important experience and knowledge in one of the most renowned wine regions in the world. Five years later he qualified with a degree in Viticulture and Oenology from Elsenburg in Stellenbosch. He spent the early part of his career at Anthonij Rupert Wines in his capacity as assistant winemaker, before joining the Yebo Guest team in July 2023. When he’s not in the cellar Estian loves exploring new wines as well as spending time with friends whether it's at a braai, watching rugby, or enjoying a round of golf.
